share them with a wider community. We also allow you
access to other members bookmarks including if any,
notes and comments attached to these bookmarks. You
agree to use this service provided by Excites.com
only for lawful purposes. You must not use the service
for any commercial purpose, including to distribute
any advertising or solicitation of funds for goods
or services.
You are entirely responsible for all content that
You store using the Service. This includes bookmarks
you add and/or comments and notes you add to bookmarks.
Excites.com does not guarantee the availability, accuracy,
integrity or quality of such Content. Under no circumstances
will Excites.com be liable in any way for any Content,
including, but not limited to, any errors or omissions
in any Content, or for any loss or damage of any kind
incurred as a result of the use of the Service. By
storing your bookmarks at Excites.com You accept that
other people visiting Excites.com may have full access
to your collection of bookmarks. By adding notes or
comments to your bookmarks you accept that other people
visiting Excites.com may have full access to your
notes or comments. You can choose to mark your bookmarks
as private and restrict access to them.
Excites.com reserves the right to suspend or terminate
the Service at any time for operational, regulatory,
legal or other reasons. Excites.com reserves the right
to terminate your use of the Service with immediate
effect if You do not fully comply to these Terms of
Use. Excites.com shall not be liable in any way to
You or any third party for the termination of the
Service or of your use of the Service at Excites.com.
